The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet. Annette, the manager, was exceptional! She went above and beyond when I arrived late.

Bed Bugs on bed. I have photos. Left the facility and notified lodging before I left. Sent photos to the staff at place and spoke directly with them. Requested a refund. They refused. Sent to Expedia. They stated that the hotel was not responding. The two companies put me in a “they have to” no “they have to” cycle. So, no refund. Seriously will not, after years of patronage, not ever use Expedia again. The hotel got some free money from me. They don’t care about people.

A Comfortable Overnight Stay

We had a very nice overnight stay. The suite was clean and spacious. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was comfortable enough. Convenient location, too. For the price, you can’t beat it.

No front desk on Sunday, had to knock on doors to get in. Mostly "permanent" residents. Furnishings worn out.

Only good thing was close to main highway. Room was ok but sounded like running water all night. Group of people decided to take there party outside and quite vocal for awhile. If not so late would of definitely looked elsewhere

It is what it is. $63 a night is a steal so I really can’t complain about anything. It’s dated but it’s clean, has a micro, stove top and a fridge with ice cold AC. It’s a W.

Older property, sparsely furnished

Older property and the room was very sparse. It was big enough for two beds but only had one. I reserved a room with a couch, but upon arrival the office was closed and the room only had one bed. The nightstand was older and covered in water stains. There was a kitchen but there were no pans for the stove, which was a bit odd.

Be aware that the office was closed at 8pm for check in, and the number provided by Expedia was incorrect. I finally went back around and knocked loudly and an irritable man came out from an adjacent room and provided me with the keys after stating that he had texted me earlier, which he had not. Otherwise, the property is terrific at a great price

I was not able to stay in my room. The hotel canceled my room without calling me. Horrible customer service. Hotels.com was not even helpful after 35 minutes on the phone with them.

Dirty carpet, dirty furniture, just plain ugly. The people next door had an argument for over 1 hour until cops show up. Felt like an episode of cops. At one point felt like we were in danger. Worst experience, do not even try it. AWFUL!!
