We came to canalta in rocky for work. We were very happy to see breakfast started at 5:00am. Allowed us to get to site early. The breakfast was better than any other continental breakfast I've had at a hotel. Staff were great. Fireplace patio in the back was a great place to relax after work.

Excellent customer Service. When we checked in I mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary as reason for staying at the property. We were so surprised and delighted on our 2nd day when the manager had arranged for us to receive a greeting card and cake in our refrigerator. Thanks to the manager and Aman who checked us in for paying attention to such details and making our stay there special. Next time we visit Rocky Mountain House we will surely look at Canalta as first option.

My family stayed one night at Canalta Rocky Mountain House on our vacation travels. I had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a good experience. It's a good for families or work travel. It's clean and quiet with a good breakfast included. Options include eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, tea/coffee/juice. Staff were courteous and helpful. I'd book there again. First floor rooms have direct access from the parking lot.

For the price and condition, I would give it 4 stars. The people are very nice and accommodating and those really are important esp. these days. We only needed a room overnight but will probably consider other hotels next time (others have 2 night minimum) we are in town.

The staff at the breakfast bar area were amazing! So kind, and helpful with us having a toddler! The pool was a bit on the chilly side for us, and we found the accomodations slightly smaller than most. But overall the staff were accomodating, price was most affordable in town, and rooms were useable.
