Rocky View County Holidays

The views are great from your room, the restaurant breakfast/dinner was very good but the best part was their staff the best in Banff in my opinion, what I would recommend is not staying on the 1st floor especially across from the house keeping room as the walls & ceiling are very thin so yes I would stay there again but not in room 105 I would prefer upstairs or the far end near the hot tub, also be careful of the hot water can be scolding hot if not careful

I would not recommend this location because we found the conditions of the rooms poor and lack of customer service. The entire suite is poorly lit, and the blinds didn’t work so we just left them open the entire time to keep light in. The washing machine didn’t work, and we needed to depend on that traveling with young children. The bathroom curtain smelled of mold. So I figured I’d call the front desk (which is only accessible by phone) and 99% of the time, they would never answer their phone. And their voicemail is full so you just have to keep calling. The one time we did get a hold of them it took 3-4 hours to get our items. Overall, disappointed with the condition of the room and customer service. Also the main bedroom off the living room is a frosted door so the bedroom had light come through it all night which made it hard to sleep for our young kids. Lastly, when we did get the maintenance guy to come help with our blinds, he was dismissive and didnt bring in the extra lighting as he mentioned he would then we never saw him again.

Hotel needs some upgrades, but it’s still nice. We had a kitchenette in our room and it was a nice perk to have. Quiet area and well located.

Hot tub and sauna were nice amenities for October. Room was huge and comfortable. Walk to town in 20-25 minutes. Room was clean upon arrival.

Great communication. We couldn’t figure out the keypad at the condo and I called the number provided and they answered right away. Very helpful (we felt silly when they explained you have to touch the key pad and then the numbers light up). Place was very clean, views of the mountains were amazing off the very large patio space. Would definitely recommend.
