Exceptionnel ! Et ce n est pas hôtel qui lui est dans son jus…. Mais la qualité du staff. À tout les niveaux les employés sont aimables et vous donne envie de revenir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuit à l'hôtel B&B de Rodez lors d'un séminaire, et reviendrons avec plaisir! Seul bémol la moquette n'est pas par nature totalement hygiénique, et peut-être faire un effort dans la chambre sur la qualité café et il 'n''y a pas de thé ou infusion, dommage...

séjour sympathique même si le prix très raisonnable des chambres est compensé par la facturation de plein de petits services (animal de compagnie et parking privé) Mais belles chambres , propres et spacieuses. Matelas un peu souple à mon gré mais ....nuits calmes. Petit déjeuner très agréable.

Déçu du manque de suivi

Lors du règlement des petits déjeuners et du parking,il m'a été facturé par l'établissement le tarif de la nuit passée alors que celle-ci a été réglée sur le site Hotel.com (le reçu atteste du paiement). L'hôtel justifie cette demande de règlement par le fait qu'Hotel.com ne leur a rien réglé. J'ai envoyé à l'hôtel par mail mon RIB ainsi que le reçu attestant de mon règlement afin que le remboursement soit effectué, malheureusement rien n'a été fait malgré leur promesse de me contacter. Je trouve désolant que le client doit subir ces soucis administratifs entre l'hotel et le site.

Très bon court séjour

Un très bon accueil, le parking couvert fermé et gratuit est un vrai plus. certains disent que le quartier n'est pas vivant, pour ma part j'ai trouvé l'environnement très calme et bien appréciable. C'est bien confortable, le petit déjeuner est varié et local, ainsi que les produits de soin. Il y a une brasserie pas loin excellente et des transports en commun à proximité.
