"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. "We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

"If it weren't for the staff, this would be a typical run-of-the-mill conference hotel. However, the staff are outstanding - I stay in hotels at least twice a week, and the reception experience from Steve was the best and friendliest I've ever had. Throughout the rest of my day, from breakfast, through to the events team I noticed such care and passion from the team, with many people pro-actively spotting when guests needed help or guidance. Really world-class service, thank you. "

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, couldn't have been more helpful and exactly what I needed in the middle of a busy week travelling and delivering training. Best hotel of my recent trips by miles and great room service which was super convenient and enabled me to focus on working and resting.
