"The description of our “suite” stated that it would sleep 4 and that there would be a “separate sitting area.”The seating area was not separate, but was right at the foot of the beds. There were three of us, all adults. It was very crowded. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was no time to talk to the staff about changing rooms as we had an important engagement several miles away and needed to hurry. When we returned, the desk was closed until 9:00 am the next day. Additionally, the kitchenette only had two plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons, etc. If a suite is advertised to sleep 4, there should be dishes and flatware for 4. There were no facial tissues, so we had to use toilet paper. There was only a partial roll when we arrived and no extra. We had to go to the desk to ask for more! Basic needs should be supplied in reasonable amounts at the start of a stay. The bed was ok, but there was not enough cover. I needed a blanket, but there was not one. The bathroom was clean, but carpets were dirty and the blackout drapes were missing some hooks so we had to prop luggage against them to keep them closed. The balcony had one chair although the room is for 4 people! Common areas were dirty. The hall carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile and the elevator floor was dirty. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The ice room we had to go to smelled musty. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. We travel to this area often, but will not stay here again. "
