There was a lack of parking, so we had to park next door at iHop. But the biggest complaint was that when getting off at our floor at the hotel (the 4th floor), there was a strong odor of weed. Our room also had a faint hint of the smell due to being on the same floor. Other than that, it was a good hotel to stay at.

Not a bad place at all, its definitely a little pricey compared ti similar hotels. I just paid $497 for 2 nights in a single king room. I know NWA folks acting fancy, but come on for that price i can sleep on a Peabody mattress!

The only issue we had is that we reserved a king room and they didn’t have any when we checked in so we had to take a double, which was much smaller. Other than that everything else was ok.

The room was more like a mini apartment with a large sofa and ottoman you could relax on and watch tv. The king bed was very comfortable and I got a great nights sleep. The hot breakfast and coffee were best we’ve ever had and we typically stay in upgraded hotels. The staff get an A . They made our visit exceptional.

What a perfect little find especially for the concert we went to … love shuttle to and from , and the front desk person/ bartender was great!!!! Cannot recall their name but was from Springfield Mo I recall. Very personable!!! We will stay again

The hotel was a 6/10, the floors weren’t as clean and the countertop for the bathroom was dirty. I don’t know if it was the bed, but i woke up with my back feeling tight every morning. Other than that, overall a 6. The location was great, the staff was helpful and friendly.
