The email from the hotel with the instructions on how to get from the airport was very helpful and timely. The shuttle bus was convenient. Very convenient as an airport hotel.

Good size and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Basic gym could benefit from some dumbbells. Shuttle schedule is not very reliable so give yourself some extra time. It's also hard to believe that an airport shuttle would have no space for luggage. People just put their luggage wherever and it bounces and slides at every start and stop.

My husband & I went to the wrong Mercure Hotel, so do take note that there are 2 Mercure Hotels within the Roissy Airport area. We accidentally took the Black Line shuttle (Which went to the other Mecure Hotel - wrong one) The right one should be an Areoville shuttle that goes between the Gare CGD, the hotel & Areoville (shopping mall). We ordered room service and it was yummy & service within 15 minutes, the only downside is that we couldn't pay upon check out and had to go down straight to...
