"The location was very convenient and we were comfortable in our room. I’m not sure if they don’t do housekeeping while you are there or we just got skipped but it would have been nice, especially since it’s cold and you don’t want to shower with the same damp towels or have the one small trash can in the room full for a couple days. Other than that, we liked the property "

"Clean and modern room. Stayed at the Sunstone on the 2nd floor facing North. Would’ve liked more air flow, only 1 window can be cracked open in the living room of the 1 bedroom apartment. The couch cushion was ripped from the bottom. Overall nice place. Would choose a different room location next time. "

"The location is excellent, walkable to one of the lodges and to a ski lift. We stayed in a unit which includes a king bed and a bunk bed. The king bed was fine but the bunk beds were horrifically uncomfortable and the 2 members of our group that slept in them said they were unable to sleep and the bed gave them back pain.. Our unit was very dusty and we pulled open the sleeper couch to find the blankets, pillows and sheets from a prior visitor still bundled up inside, so the cleaning was clearly inadequate. I might book the location again but I'd be very careful of the unit you select. "

"The staff members (front desk, bellhops, etc.) were all very friendly and helpful. We had a last-minute special situation to take care of and the concierge, Olivia, took extra time and effort to explain our options and help us make arrangements. The room we had was very clean and nicely appointed. Everything was working. Distance to Village gondola is awesome. Rooms and stairs to the Village could use a little more lighting, but that's true for most places."
