"Excellent location in the very center of the city, close to Piazza Castello, in a safe shopping area with restaurants and cafés. The staff person who gave us the keys was extremely kind and available and provided useful information. The apartment is a one-room studio with an upper level and a bathroom. We had booked for three people, but only the king size bed upstairs was ready. We had to open and prepare ourselves the sofa bed downstairs with the available sheets (actually, a duvet cover)....
