"Just visiting for the weekend. The room and bathroom was a bit small but the beds were comfy and clean. I do like staying here because of how close it is to everything."
"We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Inn. I was traveling with two kids, and even though we arrived late and had to leave very early the next morning, the staff—especially Steven—were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. It made the whole experience feel easy after a long day on the road.
Breakfast ordering was incredibly simple, and since we were checking out before the scheduled delivery time, they kindly arranged to have our breakfast brought to our room the night before. That level of thoughtfulness was so appreciated, especially with kids in tow.
Our room had every amenity we needed: a coffee maker, fridge, toaster, charging station, iron and ironing board, and plenty of soft, fresh towels. The beds were soft but very comfortable, and the entire room was spotless and well maintained. It was also wonderfully quiet, which made our short stay surprisingly restful.
Overall, the service and comfort exceeded our expectations. We would 100% stay here again!"
"parking was a joke, email check in… still don’t know where i was supposed to park, their email instructions were useless. very noisy and sketchy stairs and location "
"This was our favourite hotel our entire trip. location was right in the middle of town making it easy to access both by the car but also on the walks about. anything you need was in walking distance.
The bed was so comfy we sleep the whole night through and then some."
"Needs an upgrade. We rented 2 rooms fo the weekend. Both were comfortable - no complaints.
One room - the lamp didn’t work properly - had to plug in/out of wall to turn it on/off.
Carpeting in main areas on stairs was filthy and very stained. Just didn’t give a great impression on overall cleanliness. Rooms were clean.
We weren’t able to make breakfast the first day - due to our own plans. The 2nd day there was a power outage overnight - where power was restored at 7:15. However they cancelled breakfast when we had come down at 8:30 -‘so we had to go out. Other restaurants in town were open.
Location is great. I would stay here again, but for the price, I would expect some improved cleanliness and repairs."
