Great meal in the restaurant. Hotel no so good! No hot water at all, and room heating not working when I came. I had to find out myself how to get the radiator to work.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist whenever needed. From the hotel room to the spa and pool, everything was spotless, and the hotel itself was very charming. It has a lovely boutique-hotel feel, and you can really sense the extra care and personal attention that goes into the service. My mother also had massages during our stay and was extremely happy with both the service and the estheticienne. She found the experience very relaxing and especially appreciated the care and attention she received. Overall, it was a warm, welcoming, and well-run hotel.

A terrible place. Rude staff and neither the pool or the food from the restaurant was fresh. My wife got food poisoning and an broken power cord cable was left in the pool that did’t feel safe at all. We don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Séjour de 2 jours, très bel hôtel équipé d'une piscine et spa a recommandé. Un bémol, le prix du petit déjeuner, 22 euros. Ca ne passe pas dans mon forfait (societe). 1 café et 2 croissants.. ca fait un peu cher. Pourquoi ne pas proposer des formules plus économiques ?

Quelques problèmes dans ma chambre. Le loquet de la porte qu'on ne pouvait pas fermer de l'intérieur, par exemple pour la nuit. Nous n'avons pas pu le réparer lors de mon séjour de 5 jours. C'est tout de même agréable pour dormir plus sereinement. Le dévidoir de la douche qui sautait. Cela mériterait d'être réparé et fixé. Un attache rideau cassé, ce qui faisait un petit trou dans le mur. Le spa avec le jacuzzi en panne et beaucoup d'enfants la journée qui profite de l'espace aquatique/ bien être. Concernant le positif : Superbe emplacement. Personnel ultra sympathique. Domaine sécurisé la nuit avec vigile. Spa de taille modéré mais très agréable car donnant sur les vignes et relativement récent. Mais surtout propre ! Cela reste au calme même si c'est proche de la voie ferrée. Il faut juste que le voisin d'en dessous, arrête de crier à son ami qui a la chambre à l'autre bout de l'hôtel depuis sa terrasse. 😂 Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité. À part quelques petits manquements techniques. J'attribue la note de 4 sur 5. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir l'année prochaine ! Au passage, c'est toujours agréable d'avoir du papier toilette neuf et non pas entamé, quand nous arrivons dans une chambre d'hôtel. ;) Un petit refresh de la chambre et c'est du 5 sur 5 pour le prix de la nuitée, qui reste sur la tranche haute en hors saison. Ensuite, j'avais pris une suite. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil ! J'ai apprécié le service de l'hôtel qui est qualitatif.

Déçus par ce séjour…!

Notre réservation au restaurant n’a pas été prise en compte, nous apprenons en arrivant que le restaurant est privatisé. Insonorisation de la chambre très défaillante, bruits de 2 douches à 6h du matin, réveil efficace !!! Grincements du volet, toute la nuit, impossible de le fixer…
