"The plug and charger outlets in our room didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. We eventually reset the tv and it worked after that. The pillows were hard and lumpy.
Breakfast was adequate but had no protein.
I have stayed at this place twice before and it was in much better shape."
"The staff was absolutely horrible or completely amazing!! The girls in evening were great absolutely amazing the ones in morning were complete evil!! I asked for a tray to bring breakfast to my sick aunt and my daughter and she told me they couldn't give me one bc I couldn't bring people food up there like that it was against policy and was really snobby about it like I was trying to steal their food. Acted. Really uppity and snobby. But evening staff was great helpful very nice and friendly. And I booked with a travel app and paid in full on the app and got to the hotel and was told I could not check in until I paid a 175 security deposit which was no where did it say we would have to do that on the app it said I was paying in full. The hotel told me that if I didn't check in the hotel I would only get half my money back and wouldn't be for 7 to 14 days and they could refuse me from checking in bc I was late for check in. Also they were very stingy with towels when we asked for clean towels they told us we were only allowed the issued towels and we were there a few days and there was 3 of us and. 2 large towels 3 hand towels 2 wash cloths.
The ice machines were all broke and there was only 1 downstairs in lobby and they also acted rudely about it when we asked for an extra ice bucket to put our ice cream in to keep cold bc fridge was not working

If you're concerned about cleanliness, a holiday rental can provide a sense of seclusion away from public hotel lifts and lobbies bustling with people while still allowing you the experience of travel. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a traditional hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a great choice for a family trip or a small group gathering.
