My reservation was accepted and not honored. They messaged Ne but did not have the courtesy to call Me. If after hours, they should have followed the protocols and honored My reservation. It was very unprofessional and strange.

C’était correct. Je suis restée 3 jours et j’ai toujours eu des douches froides, aucune eau chaude. Le « déjeuner inclus» est très très de base, toast minces/jus/céréales qu’il faut se préparer soi-même et c’est tout. Quand je suis arrivée j’ai voulu payer crédit (comme dans n’importe quel hotel/b&b/aibnb), mais on m’a dit qu’ils prenaient seulement l’argent comptant (???). Ce n’était pas mentionné nul par et c’était même écrit dans un courriel que j’ai reçu qu’on pouvait payé par carte. Par contre, c’est vraiment propre et l’air climatisé fonctionne bien! Proche de la station San Giovanni et de quelques arrêts de bus (je dirais environ à 20-30 minutes des attraits touristiques principaux).

Buon B&B. A 15 minuti a piedi dal b&b c'è la fermata della metropolitana "Manzoni" che permette di arrivare in centro, oppure a 10 minuti sempre a piedi l'aera taxi e la fermata degli autobus "Porta San Giovanni" (sempre direzione centro e monumenti di interesse).

NIENTE DI TUTTO QUELLO INDICATO NELLA PRENOTAZIONE. la prenotazione recitava " suite confort: 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 letto singolo e 1 divano letto (matrimoniale) Camera di 35 metri quadrati con vista sulla città etc etc.... " LA CAMERA SARà STATA DI 10/12 MQ , IL BAGNO DI 1 MQ... NIENTE ARIA CONDIZIONATA.. NIENTE TV 32 POLLICI... NIENTE BAGNO CON VASCA DA BAGNO... NIENTE ARMADI... NIENTE PULIZIE GIORNALIERE ... ETC MI SONO FATTA L'IDEA CHE LA "SUITE CONFORT" PRENOTATA SIA SEMPRE LA STESSA PER TUTTI!!! La tipologia della camera o del letto dipende dalla disponibilità al momento del check-in

Deluso.

Guardando le foto del sito ti fai un'idea che poi, nella realtà, non coincidono affatto a quello che si trova quando si arriva alla struttura. La camera era comoda e pulita ma la finestra aperta tutto il giorno per via del climatizzatore "portatile" con tubo... Non ha certamente migliorato il relax del riposo. Trattasi di appartamento al 5° piano con svariate camere adibite a B&B.

La struttura era pulita,un po' disorganizzati riguardo alle richieste dei clienti.La colazione era rappresentata da 4 fette biscottate,due brioches,una bustina di te.La persona che ci ha accolti era gentilissima e brava,un po' a disagio per il disguido con il reparto prenotazioni,di cui lei non era responsabile.

Peggiore esperienza mai vissuta.

Foto fuorvianti, non descrivono la realtà. Colazione improponibile, fette biscottate e merendina da discount, numerosi succhi aperti nello stesso frigorifero e marmellate non monodose ma in confezioni di vetro (senza sapere da quanto tempo sono aperti). Camera claustrofobica, letto affossato, bagno senza bidet e con un minuscolissimo lavandino. Finestra senza imposte né tapparelle (io necessito del buio totale per dormire) e per chiuderla necessitava di una sorta di catenella stretta altrimenti continuava ad aprirsi! Servizio di pulizia del tutto inesistente, addirittura un giorno non hanno nemmeno aggiunto la carta igienica terminata! Orrido è dir poco

Stay away! Shady management.

Avoid this place. The manager, Andrea lies and could care less about his guests. I booked three nights from May 11-13th. I got a message from an employee named Tiziana asking me what time I would be arriving. I told her I would be there by 2300 as that was when I was arriving in Rome. She wrote me to say that was fine but I would have to pay a 15 euro late check in fee which I agreed to. A few days before my arrival I got a message from Andrea telling me I had to arrive by 2100. When I wrote him to tell him I had made arrangements with Tiziana to check in at 2300 he told me there was no such person who worked there by the name of Tiziana even after I sent him a copy of my email correspondence with her. He said I had to check in by 2100 and that was final so I had no choice but to book another hotel for that night and then transfer the next day to his place. Had I been told right from the start that I couldn't check in at 2300 I would have cancelled my reservation but it was too late according to the website conditions. When I checked in the next day, I discovered from the woman who worked there that Andrea had rented the room I paid for the night before to someone else so he made double the amount of money on that room. I also had reason to believe the woman who checked me was working there illegally. When I complained to Andrea and confronted him with this, he suddenly became cooperative. I think this place should be delisted from hotels.com until they improve service.

Il pagamento del check-in oltre l'orario previsto proprio non ci voleva, è stato sgradevole. La colazione è stata deludente, avevamo solo una cialda a persona per un caffè e un paio di merendine confezionate. Si poteva fare meglio!

Viaggio da sola per sola gentile la reception troppe chiavi da ricordare che funzionano dopo spiegazione camera pulita ma piccola bagno troppo piccolo senza bidet TV non funzionante mi dispiace non userò più bred And breakfast per i miei soggiorni grazie.

A Few Things Didn't Work

The room and bathroom were a good size for a single traveller. However, there were a few things that did not meet expectations: 1) The bed was uncomfortable and is made up of two singles pushed together. 2) I could not get any hot water out of the bathroom tap (there was hot water in the shower though). 3) The shower head was broken and needed to be propped up/held up throughout each shower. 4) I could not get the toilet to flush all the time. All in all, it was fine because I only spent a couple of hours there each night. However, it may not be suitable for multiple travellers (the bathroom is very small) or travellers who plan to spend a decent amount of time in the room.

Bagno minuscolo che a stento puoi sederti al wc senza urtare le ginocchia al muro, senza finestra, senza bidet. Stanca pulita ma appare vecchiotta, il digitale trasmette pochissimi canali solo rai. La colazione (da consumare in camera seduto allo sgabellino dopo averla preparata in corridoio) prevede un cornetto confezionati da farcire con marmellata (nei cui barattolo inzuppano tutti), succo di frutta, latte, cereali, una capsula di caffè. La domenica nessuno passa a sistemare la stanza. Abbastanza pulito, chi se ne occupa abbastanza alla mano e disponibile. Si sentono molto i vicini

Были в конце декабря-начале января. В номере холодно. Отопление включается два раза в день на короткое время. Пол ледяной. Расположение отеля удобное, близко к метро. Есть бесплатный Wi-Fi. Нет круглосуточной стойки регистрации.

Les clims ne marchaient pas, la clef du bas de l immeuble ne fonctionnait pas. le lavabo de ma chambre était un rince doigt et les toilettes si serrés devant le mur qu'il fallait s'asseoir sur le côté. les rideaux sont tombés et personne ne les a remis. ma chambre était fait un jour sur deux. Mais le balcon était agréable. Oh surprise pas de frigo dans les chambres, donc je devais utiliser le frigo de la Philippine qui logeait là et qui au début était réticente car je suis restée 23 nuits et pas non pas quelques jours. J'étais tellement en colère que j'ai failli repartir de rome. Je vous avais écrit mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse de votre part, le silence total alors qu'avec Booking. com l'autre année on été très actif pour un reglement effectuer deux fois.
