We never stayed I tried for DAYS to reach the hotel, trying to arrange for airport transfer, informing them of my flight day/time and that I would be unreachable after a certain point. When they finally reached back out to me they stated my emails were in spam folder. No answer as to why both numbers hotels.com had for them were unreachable. When we arrived at the airport our transfer wasn’t there, again no answer on the numbers i had. we had to wait 30 minutes for him to show up!!!! And then literally walk what seemed like a mile to get to his car.... to me that’s too much after an 11 hour flight! We finally get in his dirty disgusting “cab” and I check my email...... there’s an email from My Tiny apartments telling me I booked the previous night, NOT the one i was trying to check in for...... yes 100% my fault I’ll own that... but they didn’t have the common curtesy to inform me of the mismatch a WEEK ago when I arranged for the transport?!?!? Whomever I was emailing back and fourth with was entirely aware I would be unreachable for a part of my trip, and I’m sorry to say it seems they waited till that moment to let me know of my mistake. To me that’s shady!!! My children’s first trip to Rome starred in tears as we literally wandered the streets with our luggage looking for the next hotel. I plan to tell everyone I possibly can about this experience or lack there of!

The tiny Home Apartment was so clean and peaceful 😌,, I highly recommend if traveling on a Budget and excellent for A Family they have a 2 bedroom with 3 bunk beds and a full Mater Bedroom,,and so constructed cute.🌻

Υπήρχε λίγη δυσκολία με την διαδικασία του chek in λόγο ότι τα κλειδιά τα παίρνεις έξω από την πόρτα και αφού σου στείλει ο ιδιοκτήτης των κωδικό για να ανοίξει το κιβώτιο στο οποίο βρίσκονται μέσα. Καλό όμορφο διαμερισματάκι (τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν) Μειονέκτημα: το μαλακό στρώμα στο οποίο δεν ένιωθες ξεκούραστος την άλλη ημέρα.

Really nice people. It was very clean and in a good location. It was literally next to the Vatican City (3 min walking) and also very close to the centrum of Rome (10 min with the metro).

Posizione e arredamento unici. Una piccola pecca l'accoglienza: manca professionalità e disponibilità adatti ad una struttura di questo tipo. Per il prezzo lasciamo stare; si dovrebbe fare una class action ad expedia che sponsorizza la camera con prezzi molto convenienti tenendo però nascosto i costi della tassa di soggiorno e delle pulizie finali da pagare in loco. Per conoscere esattamente il prezzo finale bisogna fare la transazione con carta di credito e leggere la ricevuta di acquisto inviata per email. Non mi sembra corretto e legale.

Experiência ruim! Proximo ao check inj o proprietario me contatou para passar instruções. Muito confuso, me cobrou o apgamento da diária, que eu já havia feito pelo site, cobrou taxa de permanencia na cidade pra 4 pessoas qunado a reserva era pra 3, enviou um "funcionário" para nos entregar a chave que cheira a cigarro e bebida alcoolica. O apto, é decorado com luzes neon e se parece com um quarto de motel. Estava limpo, mas foi um tanto constragedor, pois estavamos com uma filha adolescente. NO meio da madrugada, o tal funcionário voltgou para o apto e se acomodou para dormir na pequena cozinha do apto, em cima de um banco. Roncou horrores!!! Ficamos trancados no quarto, com receio de ele estivesse bêbado e o invadisse. Pela manhã, o proprietário apareceu e nos cobrou novamente. Precisei apresentar os comprovantes da eserva que estavam no meu e-mail para mostrar que já tinha pago. No geral, foi um horror!!

Very close to Vatican Museum but noisey & basic

Basic and certainly not private as the shower curtain does not hide you from guests in the second room when using it. Also, noises can be heard throughout the night so if you want a quite room you may want to think again. The host is VERY slow to respond; he took two weeks to reply to our email through Hotels.com and we ended up with a different room from what we booked! :(
