I went with Expedia and this website did not secure me a room but sent a confirmation code that they had. Showed up and the manager; who was extremely helpful contacted Expedia customer services and spent 3 hrs on the phone securing another hotel room which Expedia had to pay the difference. I missed my Vatican tour, lost the money and missed out on the whole day Would never go with Expedia again

Ich war mit der Unterbringung sehr zufrieden. Die Einschränkung ergibt sich aus der fehlenden Ansprechperson vor Ort. Der Kontakt wurde per mail bzw. Handy hergestellt und war zum Check Out nicht möglich, der Portier war nicht erreichbar und konnte kein Englisch.

Terrible experience - no one opened nor responded

Despite arrival in timee (19:30) - as agreed a few hours before in a telefon exchange, no one was there, not in the flat where one cold ring the bell, nor at the general reception desk of the apartment building. Worst of all: I called the same mobile number used a few hours before to ask what happened - but nobody would even pick up the phone! I called 13x over 40 minutes, once leaving a message, prior to go into another hotel close by. Only 2.5 hours after arrival, late night, they contacted me - with false statements claiming that "someone was there until 20:30" which was simply not true at all.

Mi sono fermata una sola notte, il viaggio era di lavoro. La stanza era molto confortevole e comoda, i gestori gentilissimi e molto attenti alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. Sicuramente una struttura da consigliare ed in cui tornerò più che volentieri

Camera ottima posizione

Appartamento trasformato in camere. Pulito, ordinato, con buone dotazioni . in buona posizione, servito da mezzi pubblici. La persona che gestisce le camere e ci ha dato le chiavi si è reso disponibile dandoci il suo numero di telefono per eventuali necessitá.

Appartamento con tre stanze e cucina in comune. La stanza che ho preso aveva anche balcone. Soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole.a piedi si raggiunge il centro in 10 min. Consiglio
