"Positives : great location in a beautiful park, very quiet place; buffet dinner included (which I wasn't aware of making the reservation); big superior room with a fridge. Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage (or not working), just one Finnish sauna working, the other bio-sauna closed; the water in the sauna cooling pool - terribly dirty and disgusting - I wasn't able to get in there! "The whole place was an absolute joy. Beautiful surroundings, the lake (which you can swim in) was stunning. Indoor and outdoor pools were lovely aswell. Check in and out was seamless. Room (we took deluxe), it was massive, was spotless and cleaned everyday. Food was different every evening and fresh and tasty. Bar prices, very reasonable and the waitress Victoria was very helpful and had a lovely demeanour. Just to note, hotel is about 25 minute drive from city centre, so you need a car. We...

"Excellent and peaceful location. Spa and amenities are within nice standard, just too bad that you have to pay extra for using sauna. Cleaning is a bit questionable as during our 4 days and 3 nights stay, nobody changed our bedsheets or towels. Also, the mattress was perhaps old and too used, lumpy and deep in the middle which gave me backaches. Overall, happy with our stay."
