My only complaint was I was supposed to get 20% off of food and spa services. "Nice place if it’s one or 2 nights but wouldn’t recommend staying for longer. Location is good as it’s by the bus station so can go to Phuket or Khao Sok. Beds aren’t the comfiest in all honesty- me and my friend had serve neck ache but maybe we are weak bodied. "

"I booked the wrong month (June 11-14, instead of July 11-14) and didn't realize it until June 18. I immediately contacted the property to ask whether they could help me in any way given the mistake, and the answer was effectively "no." It was my mistake, so that's fine, but as a short-term rental owner myself, I make every effort to help guests out when something goes wrong, even if by their own fault. There was no such effort here, so I won't be rebooking here; I'll find another place to book for the correct dates."

"The only thing that might not have been convinient is that it is far away from any commercial area, you rely a lot on the Hotel Van that takes you there '40 minutes away,, however if you are after far away from anything and not noise, perfect place to be."
