"I had a perfect mini break! I arrived utterly exhausted after a 12 hours journey and was immediately upgraded! Facilities are excellent, the Spa was immaculate. Food was delicious and generous. The only negative was the need to invest in air conditioning. "

"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"Oh no, please don't make me leave this hotel! We have stayed here for four nights and haved loved coming back here every evening. The decor is so classy, the beds are so comfortable and the layout is sleek and modern. There are plenty of restaurants near by and the breakfast is hearty and plentiful. We found luxury, comfort and convenience, all under one roof & even the parking was a breeze! "
