"Firstly I got a email day before asking for my check in time and details which I gave. Only to find out when I get there the hotel is now a Hilton and the info I got was old. Verified traveller

You need a car. The private beach is just perfect. But for day trips it’s worth travelling further afield to Rye, Port Lympne reserve and Camber Sands for the sandy beach. Ashford outlet is also a good stop off for browsing and lunch en route.
