We appreciated the quick response from the host, Walter who came over a few minutes after we couldn’t figure out the dishwasher! "We are a family of four and we’re able to stay at one of the apartments and get to experience the local life. Far from the city and noise. We had a relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel were amazing! She even made a fresh brew for us to go. Sorry we forgot her name. We will go back next time we visit Bologna!"
