"Great staff and very clean rooms! The rooms are small, but comfortable. My only issue was the street noise at night. The hotel provided ear plugs though! Would recommend for an economical place to stay! "

There was a heat wave during our visit and there is no AC in the rooms. The window in our room only cracked open a little bit but they did give us some fans.

"Great stay just outside the heart of Bergen's Bryggen area, right next to the fortress. We had no view out the window, but the business category room was a good size and bathroom very large for Europe. We also appreciated having laundry available (washer and dryer) on site, for a fee, for hotel guests. The building has no air conditioning, which was an issue when we stayed due to the July heatwave, but the front desk let us borrow a small fan which at least provided a tiny bit of moving air in the room."

My room was clean and quiet even though I was on a lower floor facing the street. Staff did a great job managing record heat by outfitting each room with fans. Desk staff was kind. Steps to fish market and funicular. Parking directly across the street should it be needed. "
