I called the front desk but all they said was it was the former customers fault and that they would tell the manager so it won’t happen to other people. It ruined my day of stay because I had not slept enough. It should not be my responsibility to make sure the alarm isn’t set at 6:00am"

"Days Inn Woodbury is always good I have no complaints and this location is my choice because of the hospitably which is always shown by Sumana who is the Front Desk Manager she always ensures things are ok for me as a guest. Also the onsite Property manager Jay Patel who is helpful along with a the staff this is a good place to stay. "

It is discriminatory to ask what is the disability my support/service animal is for but was asked that and although I realize that they are policies in place as a heath care professional, the demeanor and customer service were suboptimal and judgmental at check in.
