"Had a great time. Sofia and Abhi were front desk staff that were awesome. Loved every minute of being there. Breakfast buffet, pool, room, and entire hotel were fantastic."

"I was really upset because the reason I booked the room was to get a good nights sleep but my room alarm went off at 6 AM! I called the front desk but all they said was it was the former customers fault and that they would tell the manager so it won’t happen to other people. It ruined my day of stay because I had not slept enough. It should not be my responsibility to make sure the alarm isn’t set at 6:00am"

"Hampton Inn of Brookhaven can not be beat. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and each day eas flawless. As I had spoken to your front desk clerk, the hospitality and the service provived starts with them. Its not just ny wife and I. It was the other guests that had stsyed here during this time. "Very poor customer service from the Property manager and front desk in general- no smiles and feeling of not wanting to be there portrayed! It is discriminatory to ask what is the disability my support/service animal is for but was asked that and although I realize that they are policies in place as a heath care professional, the demeanor and customer service were suboptimal and judgmental at check in. "
