"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel

Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The staff was very helpful and responsive. The only serious issue was that the shower in the room had no shower head. Therefore the water poured out of the shower as if it was a hose. Naturally this flooded the floor completely. As we were staying only one night and this occurred in the morning nothing could be done. When checking out the staff was attentive and said they would attend to this immediately."
