"The front desk staff was very friendly. The only complaint that I have with the staff is house keeping. My mom wasn't feeling well one morning when we were there so we were in our room after 11, the check out time. While cleaning rooms, they were slamming doors and talking, at times yelling down the halls which did not make for a restful time for my mom."
