He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. "The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. The stairs were old/loud when walking up and down.
I did like that they had a full kitchen with dishes and pots/plans which is great for long stays for families. "
