"Selfcheck-in am Tablet beim Eingang sehr kompliziert und aufwändig. Der erste Telefonsupporter war unhöflich und nicht willig zu Helfen. Die zweite Dame hat uns dann eingecheckt. Die Betten waren sauber, gut und bequem. Der Rest war sehr dreckig. Flecken an Wänden, Konfetti am Boden, Spülbecken verdreckt, dreckiges Besteck/Geschirr, keine Kehrichtsäcke im Eimer, keine Geschirrtücher. Lediglich 2 Badetücher für 4 Personen. Am Tag vor dem Check-out stand dann noch eine Angestellte ohne anzuklopfen...
