"You can not beat the location for convenience to the Mayo Clinic especially when you have someone with mobility issues. The standard room is quite small with a tiny shower and tub but for being able to use the subway level to get to appointments with my elderly father, I can tolerate the shower. They could make it better with a curved shower curtain rod. The staff is amazing. Would stay again under similar circumstances."

"The room was nice, but the TVs didn’t work when we arrived and had to be reset and restarted and took a while. Our door didn’t lock or latch most of the time. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good."

"Everything was great but I didn't get to use the water park area, because they close early on Sunday and aren't open on Mondays ("Back to school hours"). Not upset about it, just a bit disappointed. I wish I had checked before I went to dinner and people watching. I guess I'll have to go back to try the waterpark!"

"Everything was fantastic! Room was exceptional clean. We had a suite. All the furniture was comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent. We had an issue with one of the TV but a maintenance guy worked until he solved the issue. He was great! We would return"
