What really made our visit special was Erika and her amazing team, who were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The hotel offers great value for money, and its attention to cleanliness and guest comfort is second to none. "Staff very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Did not have breakfast, as we had a very early ferry departure. Bar closing at 20.30 felt very early. Bed comfortable and shower very good. Hairdryer was not good. Overall fine, but expensive for what it was."
