"Stained carpet. Dirty furniture. Debris in all corners. No mention of breakfast or anything else at check in. When I asked for a bell cart, she said, “we only have one and I don’t know where it is.” No orange juice at breakfast. Elevator button broken. Hotel needs cleaning and upkeep. "
