"Staff went above and beyond to fix an issue day before thanksgiving. Great place to stay if you love to bring your dogs. The multi room suits feel like an apartment which makes it feel very roomy compared to a motel. These refurbished apartments also have thick walls and keep outside noise outside. It’s walking distance from the city walk. If you get here early the day before you stay at Disney, make sure to hit the city walk. They have an escape room store. AMC movie theatre and the best restaurants you would want. PF Chang’s. Cheesecake factory. Cali pizza kitchen. Steak house. This place is our new favourite Disney good neighbors hotel. They do offer a shuttle service that picks you up and drops you off at the park for 6$ per person per day. Uber is 8$ each way. They have a generous breakfast provided every morning. You can walk to the park from this hotel, just figure in about 20 min walk to the front security gates from the hotel. There’s a nice basketball court. A nice playground. Generous locations to walk your dog. A pool and spa. The parking is the only negative here. It’s an apartment complex style parking lot so getting a spot next to your room isn’t always possible. If I’m being my fur baby, this is my preferred new hotel to stay at. "

"Great location if your destination is Hollywood. Not to be confused with LA. The check in area is beautiful. The rooms, are pretty basic. There is a $35 per room destination fee per night. The water in the rooms are $11.50 each - but there is a Walgreens right around the corner where you can buy water. The beds are super comfy! Bathroom needs upgrading. It was clean - but had seen better days. We were on text with the front desk - super efficient and very nice staff. The service is fantastic. The location is great for Hollywood & 10 minutes from Warner Brothers studios and 8 minutes from Universal. Magic Kingdom is right there too - walkable (you can’t go in). Upgrade to that Hollywood sign view - it’s definitely worth it! The “La Popular” Mexican restaurant in the shopping plaza ‘Ovation’ was excellent! Hard Rock Cafe and Chinese theatre and Netflix theatre and shop are all walkable. Parking is $25 a night self parking and $60 valet. Santa Monica is about 25 minutes drive - definitely worth a trip! The tour buses around that takes you around Beverly Hills is WELL WORTH IT!! You can’t beat the scenery! If we come back here - I would definitely stay again! The lady on the front desk gave me a hug as we left as I was feeling emotional due to family memories. Which was really ever so kind. Thank you! "

"Valet and front desk were always kind and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well kept. This will always be our go to stay when we’re in town for a Lakers game. "

"Very clean, lots of pillows on the king size bed, comfortable bed, phone USB outlets for easy charging on both sides of the bed, mini fridge, etc. We enjoyed our stay! We will probably stay here again in February for our next Disneyland trip. "
