"Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, particularly for a stay longer than two days. The beds were extremely hard, which made it uncomfortable over the course of my visit. Additionally, the pool was out of service. I only learned during my stay that it had been unavailable for quite some time, which was disappointing as this was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using.
While the hotel does offer complimentary breakfast, the options were very limited compared to what I have experienced at other hotels. On Saturday, the selection consisted of one meat option, eggs, waffles, muffins, and coffee. On Sunday, the only hot option was biscuits and gravy, offering little variety. Because of this, we ended up going out for breakfast instead.
Lastly, the overall cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, as it did not meet the standard I expected.
