"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and made things easy for us. My kids and I really enjoyed the pool area. The pool has many great features for the kids. The hotel is also not too far from the beach and very well located, close to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. I totally recommend this hotel and will be going back."

"Good experience overall. The staff were all friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The shower could have used some attention, with some scale buildup around the base. There was also a heart-shaped hot tub in the room that was out of order. However, we neither requested nor wanted to use it, so it wasn’t really an issue for us. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."

"Me and my partner stayed in the Premier Suite 122. It was excellent! Barely any noise from other guests (even being near the breakfast area). The breakfast itself was fine, and there was always a variety of items to choose. Everything in the room was clean!!! And well maintained. The AC and fireplace both worked really good once we figured them out. The jetted tub was very soothing. We tried out the pool and hot tub as well, they met our needs. The room itself was a little dated in decor, but it was very spacious and comfortable. Very handy having our own sink, microwave and fridge. It was also nice having our own deck we could walk off of and down to the dock and watch the wildlife. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were even granted a late check out we requested. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Best Western Otonabee. Get the Premier Suite if you can!"
