Great location and view
The ladies at reception were a delight. The location is great and parking is good but often full. With the balcony, we could enjoy the evenings of the walk. It is a little past its prime but a great location for the cost and view.

Centrally situated, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable with no issues with noise. I felt that the bath/shower was a bit dangerous as there was no anti slip surface on the baths floor.

Prime Location
Loved this Hotel, especially the location on the seafront and amongst the Cafes and shops. Sea view rooms were just spectacular and the Staff Members in Reception were extremely friendly & helpful.The only small downfall was the lack of local parking spaces when arriving just before check in times. The free CP near the Museu de la Ciutedella de Roses, circa ten minutes on foot, was used. The rooms had no coffee making facilities which was not an issue as we managed to get free coffee from the restaurant on the first floor in the mornings. When returning to Roses, we will look up this Hotel again.

My Worst Hotel Experience
We didn’t meet anyone from the staff that I would consider nice or service-minded. The walls and windows let through even the faintest sound, and we lived under a couple that were insanely loud, we couldn’t sleep until 4am and despite calling the reception they didn’t so much as call them. The rooms were clean, but it looked like they haven’t been renovated in a very long time and I’ve never seen a smaller tv.

We had a partial ocean view and it was wonderful! Check-in was tricky since there's no easy parking nearby but the front desk helped us find their off-site parking garage and promptly checked us in. The room was a little dusty (desk, coffee table, etc) and the walls thin. But it was comfortable enough and in a wonderful location.

Seafront location
We had a seafront room so the view was amazing. Stayed during covid so couldn't thoroughly enjoy the town like it should be, but a quick walk through the gorgeous cobbled old streets made it look very interesting.

We only spent one night here. The hotel has the basics and was clean. We had a nice view of the beach from our balcony and the staff was friendly. The bed was two twins pushed together and the bathroom could use some updates. We had to pay for overnight parking, but the area seemed safe and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Roses spain
We only stayed one full night at this hotel and the location was perfect for sea view, restaurants, and site seeing. Staff was good wit their English as our Spanish and French are poor, they had recommendations for us. We were pleased!

Great value for money
Great value for money. Under $AUD 150 for a family of 4, breakfast included. The only downside were the beds. Cheap mattress with a plastic cover. Not only sweaty but also made a crinkling noise.

Nice hotel close to the beach
With a beach view room and balcony, greatly enjoyed the view; parking a little tricky as Roses was full with hundreds cars from everywhere, so no place on the beach avenue (free 8 pm 10 am) nor in the 24 paid parking across hotel, but found spot (free night as above) in municipal parking a few blocks ahead and lateral Room also a bit sandy - linoleum - but acceptable; breakfast good with sea views too

Great location
The location for this hotel can't be beat, as you are right across the street from both the parking and the beach. This side of Roses is a bit quieter (although still lots of cafes, restaurants, etc.), which we greatly appreciated. We would choose to stay here again for the location and the value (we had a room with terrace and sea view). One comment is that the rooms could use some refreshing.

Hôtel bien placé avec une belle vue mais chambre vieillissante avec un minimum d’équipement et obsolète ( télé et sèche cheveux). Manque sérieusement de propreté côté salle de bain. Nécessite une sérieuse rénovation notamment pour le garde corps du balcon. Plutôt déçu.

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour, le personnel est très gentil. Les chambres (2) sont propres et spacieuses. Seul bemol peut-être, la télévision dans une chambre a peu de chaines françaises (pas tf1)et pas de chromecast, alors que la 2eme chambre oui (mondial de rugby sur tf1 pendant notre sejour), mais c est un détail. Proche des commerces, restaurants et plages. Par contre difficultés pour se garer, même en septembre et les parkings sont très chers.

Très bon emplacement, proches de toutes commodités, de la mer, et animé jusqu'au soir très tard, peut ne pas convenir à ceux qui veulent se coucher avant minuit pour se lever tôt le matin.Le personnel de l'hôtel est correct mais le petit déjeuner est très moyen, vaut mieux acheter sa viennoiserie et ses boissons chez SPAR qui se trouve juste en bas de l'hotel.

Top locatie! Hotel wel verouderd. Het betaald parkeren (van hotel) is wel een stuk lopen, voordeel is wel dat het afgesloten is. Beperkt parkeerplaatsen. Tip: reserveer vooraf.

Pas de frigo dans la chambre ni de cafetière, pour un 3 étoiles jamais vu cela. Parking très loin de l’hôtel et très mal expliqué sur le plan fourni par l’hôtel. Tv toute petite et très peu de chaînes fonctionnaient. Très cher pour l’état de la chambre . Sinon établissement bien situé sur le front de mer
