Had a great 2 night stay. Unfortunately the neighbour to our room had a very loud / angry phone during the evening going on for an hour. We could hear it very clearly. He had another call at 4am again very loud. A dog on the 8th floor was howling in the evening. Obviously had been left unattended. We will still revisit the hotel as it was perfectly situated to visit the surrounding area. Excellent value for money.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were dated and way overpriced. They don’t provide coffee. Below the hotel was 100s of vendors selling stuff illegally with loud boom boxes. Don’t go there in August.

First, on checking in, Expedia shows the hotel had 3 rooms of the type I booked, but hotel reception insisted they only had one. Later after booking, they showed us another one for us to stay. The air-conditioning is not working properly to cool the room. The room is not as big as shown on Expedia 486 sft or something. Maybe they included the area of the balcony. The hotel is very noisy. It is close to the beach, and a very loud party was going on until 12am or something. Hotel room sound proof not good enough. One of the worst hotel stay experience among our hotel stays around the world, and at very expensive price.

La estancia en el hotel ha estado muy bien, la habitación bien para 2 personas, el baño han reformado el plato de ducha. El bufet ha estado muy bien, tienen plancha donde te hacen todos los días 2 carnes y 2 pescado, el desayuno también ahí variedad, para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, está muy bien . Nous avons passé une nuit en demi-pension dans cet hôtel. Concernant les infrastructures, nous avons testé les équipements de la salle de sport, ces derniers sont un peu vieillot (rouillés), il demanderaient à être remplacé. L'eau de la piscine intérieure était à 22,3°C, un peu fraîche à notre goût donc nous n'avons pû nous baigner. Le sauna était hors service mais la hammam fonctionnait, c'était bien. Concernant les buffets, pour le soir, il y avait un buffet crudités, plats chauds et desserts. Mais rien de bien original. Quand au petit déjeuner, nous avons trouvé celui-ci un peu plus varié que le soir. Attention l'heure de fin de service, indique l'heure à laquelle, il débarrasse le buffet donc ne pas venir trop tard. Pour la chambre, nous avions une chambre supérieure au dernier étage avec terrasse. La chambre était grande et propre. La terrasse disposait de transats ainsi que d'un salon (table +chaises). Hôtel peut intimiste, accueil de nombreux groupes. Peut être un peu cher par rapport aux prestations.

Chambre propre par contre il pourrait mettre une bouteille eau la vue sur la mère splendide pour le Spar dommage il faut réserver à l’avance et ont vous dit complet essayez dit allez quand même car deux personnes dans la piscine donc j’ai bien fait ce qui concerne le bonnet de bain obligatoire vous pouvez comme moi acheter à 3 euros mais surprise personne le porte idem pour les claquettes

Nous avions reserve une chambre prestige au dernier étage. A notre arrivée une odeur de moisie acre nous a fortement dérangé. Après un echange avec l'accueil il nous a été indiqué que le problème était résolu suite au passage d'un technicien. De retour dans la chambre nous avons constaté après un moment la même odeur. A notre demande une autre chambre nous a été affecté tjs au dernier étage. La même odeur était présente devenant tres incomodante le temps passant. Écœuré par ces désagréments indignes d'un hôtel de ce standing nous avons quitté l'hôtel sans même y passer une seule nuit.
