"Bed was comfortable and it was great for a few nights stay. The pool was so dirty though. The tile clearly hadn’t been cleaned recently, if ever, and there was so much stuff floating in the water and on the bottom of the pool. Was pretty gross. There was very limited breakfast options for gluten or dairy free individuals. My room also had a sticky spot in the carpet that was pretty gross. Staying there by myself was fine, I wouldn’t have wanted kids in the room, I don’t trust how clean the floors were. "

"The Hyatt is a very nice hotel so I really don’t have many critiques. The room was very comfortable but dark. With the blinds pulled or after dark we had to turn on the tv to help light the room. Also…within about a block of the property the neighborhood gets really bad…homeless and undesirables everywhere. As a woman I’d be reluctant to go outside even in the daytime. Because of that we probably won’t stay in downtown Sacramento again"

"From the moment I arrived I was very impressed. The staff was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Was not expecting a full kitchen. Though it was a great value and very spacious for myself. The AC was excellent as I am a hot sleeper usually. I didn’t have any issues during my stay and I will definitely stay there again. Great location with a few stores and food places nearby. "

"The lobby is very large and lovely. There was a nice grill, although we didn't dine there as we checked in later. Some people were enjoying the pool. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. "
