"My stay was great , the hotel was in good condition, rooms well equipped and clean when I arrived. Lots of parking which cost €8. Staff extremely friendly. Only minor complaint was I stayed 4 nights and left the note on the door to clean the room twice but it was never cleaned. As it was an apartment, the bins were full to overflowing. Still a minor issue and I would use again"

"We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again."

"Friendly staff, very helpful front-desk team, and an excellent breakfast. Multiple electric car and bike charging ports with easy access to local and regional trains, as well as bike paths. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay in Leipzig or as a stopover point. Family friendly, but also good for solo and business trips with multiple meeting rooms available. Special thanks to the manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot to get) for her help in resolving an important special request."

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"the room was in good condition and the front was friendly to me but there were a lot of flies outside of the window. when i opened the window, a lot of flies (maybe 50) came into the room within a minute. Pls do something for fly protection."
