Roskilde Apartment near railway station
To be honest, while the inside of the apartment was squeaky clean, the graffiti covered alleyway arch on the three metres in from Algade, and the yard at the back where you get the keys, left a lot to be desired. The stairs light inside did not work. We figured out we were in apartment 1TH only because I remembered it written on the key box outside in the yard and because I know enough Danish to figure that H was for Højre or right. It was more expensive than it should have been. Agency takes a cut. Cleaning charge is excessive as they had next to nothing to do when we left. €1100 for an apartment with a base rate of €736!!! Which you only see when you get an itemised bill after cancellation deadline. It is convenient though. Located 2 minutes from Roskilde railway station and with a Co-Op supermarket 4 doors away.
