klein maar fijn

Zeer aan te bevelen klein hotel. vriendelijk gastvrij en prima eten. ruime parkeergelegenheid. goede wifi en comfortabele kamers. alles klopte.

Bra hotell för en övernattning med god mat.

Enkelt hotell med det viktiga man behöver. Trevlig personal, god mat och bra frukost. Dock är vi väldigt besvikna på att de inte svarar på vårt mail som vi skickat i efterhand där vi berättar om en viktig sak vi glömt på rummet och som vi önskar att de skickar oss och att vi står för kostanden av detta, ber de ange summa och vart vi skickar pengarna. Urdåligt att inte en s bemöda sig om att svara.

Ruhig und idyllisch

Das haus war in hervorragenden Zustand. Ein ausreichend großer Parkpklatz empfing mich. An der Einfahrt könnte noch ein Hinweis stehen. Ich wäre beinahe vorbeigefahren. Mein Zimmer zeigte direkt auf die große Terrasse und den Fluss. Besonders in der Nacht drang kein störendes Geräusch ans Ohr.. Essen war reichlich, geschmacklich hervorragend und auch was fürs Auge. Auf meinem Zimmer fehlte ein einweisendes Schriftstück und ein Schuhanzieher. Sonst vermisste ich nichts. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel, cadre très agréable, le serveur au restaurant ne parlait pas bien anglais, la carte du restaurant n'était qu'en Allemand,donc un peu difficile de choisir, mais au final très satisfait quand même, bon repas généreux, les prix tout à fait corrects, bon petit déjeuner, la chambre très bien avec petit balcon et vu sur la rivière, propre, spacieuse, j'ai juste retrouvé 2 trognons de pomme dans la poubelle. Dommage on était pas loin du sans fautes et je suis très exigeant. Dans l' ensemble je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Lovely Hotel and Great Value for Money

We had a recent 3 night stay at Strand Café and can thoroughly recommend the hotel. It is in a beautiful rural location with great views over a lovely wooded valley with the river at the foot of the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable: we had a big bathroom, good size bedroom and nice sitting room with our own balcony. The breakfasts were super. We were not able to eat a evening meal there as we were in the area for a family wedding nearby, but the restaurant is obviously very popular locally both for lunch and supper as the car park filled up every day! The staff are very friendly and helpful and several speak good English (alas, we have no German). Costs were very reasonable and we thought our stay was excellent value for money. We would be happy to stay there again and very happy to wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

Fijn verblijf. Hotel is heel leuk gelegen. Prima eten. Koffie bij het ontbijt was een beetje slap, maar overigens was het ontbijt prima. Aan te bevelen.

Comfortable overnight stay close to Trier

An apartment hotel.separate rooms for our adult son. Large room with double bed. Asked for more pillow and received them puntually. Kitchen provided with no equipment or even cutlery or plates! Quiet. Had electric blinds and so dark at night. Heating stayed on at night which was good on a cold May night. Ample parking. Hotel is really a popular local restaurant with attached aprtments. Breakfast ok and served to table, price is excellent. Internet fine and included in price

Very clean and quiet

It was very pleasant stay, room is very clean and comfortable, great food in the restaurant, free wi-fi in the room, free breakfast, and free parking. the hotel is about 7 miles from the freeway. only the owner spoke English that was very helpful. if you plan to come back late at night, they close the door for the night, so you need a security lock code. great value for the money.
