"From the minute we walked in the entrance it felt such a relaxed a welcoming hotel. The smell was beautiful too. The member of staff on the reception that checked us in was so helpful. He told us where to get the tram to the new Coop live arena. The room was on the 11th floor and was very clean and bright. Lovely comfortable bed and the shower was great too. Breakfast was continental but lovely. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I booked this hotel due to going to see the Pet Shop Boys at Co-op Live Arena. This hotel is only 10 minutes walk away from Manchester Piccadilly. Check in was swift and so easy to get around. I would stay here again."

"Excellent stay, room clean and prepared for arrival. Staff very helpful on accommodation and local area. Not cheap, but for a bit of comfort I would recommend. Unfortunately no onsite parking and car parks are expensive, but parked in Q-Park close to hotel with a discount code from the hotel, need to book the carpark in advance tho."
