"This is a hidden gem! There are some ongoing renovations and some evidence of the previous flooding but it was super clean and the staff was great. It was excellent for traveling with our pup. Having a pool and expanded breakfast items would elevate it, but would also likely elevate the price and it was a great deal as is. Our only complaint was hearing our upstairs neighbor. All that said, we've already booked it for our return trip and will very likely stay here whenever we travel this way again."
"Room was decent but no one came to clean our room the whole stay. They tried once at 8am the first morning but then never again. Had to go ask for toilet paper a couple times because when I got there the rolls were not full. Over all very decent stay. Staff was helpful when needed and they were nice"
"I was very disappointed in the facility and the room. I was caught off guard when SAM told us we should look at the room that I had reserved which is on the second floor to make sure that it was what I wanted. I thought that that was odd. But since they didn’t have an elevator and I recently had knees replaced I wanted a first floor one so we got two queen bed room. We only ate one breakfast at the facility in the five days we were there and it was lukewarm at best and the sausage was hard. The other days we went at 7:30 and food was gone or very little left and one day the waffle maker machine had broke open and was all over the floor and no one was around to clean it up, but there was a sign saying caution. We had not planned to eat breakfast out every day that we were there. On day three I woke up and the sheet had come off of the mattress and that is when I found a HUGE brown stain that went from the top to the bottom of the mattress on the outside. I then found the smoke detector in one of the dresser drawers with no battery in it. When I informed SAM about these room issues along with a dripping faucet his response was “OK thanks”. No apology no offering to get a refund of some sort, etc.."
