"This place is what you expect when you're traveling, clean , comfortable, reasonably priced , and great front desk staff !!! Our stay was Awesome !!! Thank You Best Western !!!"
"The room was dirty. The fan in the bathroom ceiling was extremely dirty. The curtains were really dirty. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in quite some time the linen room on the third floor door was open, and there was a dirty laundry all over the floor the room was a mess and very, very dirty. The door should probably be kept shut if it’s going to look like that the lobby floor was very dirty and needed vacuumed and swept out by the between the doors. The butter was frozen in the breakfast area. The food was good. I especially like the sausage and gravy over the biscuits. The day was OK, but I would not recommend it to anyone."
"The staff were friendly and very helpful. Exceptionally clean and comfy. Pool was a great temperature and clean. My only complaint was breakfast was almost all carbs and I'm gluten free eating. My grandkids liked it. Would stay there again."
"Our stay was very nice. Rooms were clean, check in was easy. I did need to request a hair dryer from front desk and they originally weren't very helpful. Another employee who was taking care of the breakfast overheard and stepped into help and found me a hair dryer. She said front desk was new. So keep that in mind and be kind when there is a situation. We just don't know everyone's story. This was a good learning experience for the young lady. The breakfast area is a little small and fills up fast, but we just made our plate and ate in our room. I would definitely stay at another Microtel."
"The stay was fine. We needed a few things in the breakfast area; however, we couldn't
find anyone to help at the desk. No one should be permitted to have bare feet in the breakfast area. It's generally a health code. Adults should know better."
"The only problem was that I had booked a room with 2 beds and all they have there are rooms with one bed and a foldout couch. So Expedia should not have told me that my reservation was a room with 2 beds. I would have booked some other hotel with 2 beds. In the picture that Expedia showed me of the room, it had 2 queen beds. That is not how a company should treat a loyal customer."
