"It all started when we first checked in Krystal was so professional and kind And the room was so clean the staff was so very warm welcoming that’s why I love this place. Krystal is a great asset to Marriott Marquis. Only thing was after they cleaned the room. They didn’t leave a bag from the ice bucket and they did not leave any clean glasses. So I had to find someone for the bag for the ice bucket and I just use the paper cups that was left for coffee. I used them for water. Dave told me he was a inspector for the rooms. He’s the one that helped me get what I needed. Now if he wasn’t inspector of the room seemed like he was seeing that was missing but hi thanks for every bit of the service that they gave was excellent."

"Outdoor pool - was closed, a shame the advert on Expedia hadn’t been updated as it was a key driver in us booking that hotel. They offered the usage of another hotel, but it wasn’t convenient and a bit of a hassle. Room cleanliness, they only offered a day on day off service for cleaning the room/ emptying bins etc, which was a bit strange, even more so when standard facilities in bathroom were not available. When I dropped something under the bed, utterly disgusting and clearly has never been hoovered."

"I had a great stay! When my rooms bathroom fan was too loud, I placed into a new room! The staff was super nice and helpful. My shower had hair in it but other than that I have zero complaints. It was also cool they gave free drinking tokens :)"
