Other than a 20 minute delay at check in for something that could have been avoided had the front desk did a little more probing and thinking outside the box, it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are extremely roomy and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel staff were amazing! They were friendly and courteous from check in to check out and beyond. They went out of their way to help me get my clothes mailed to my home after forgetting them in the closet. Amber located my clothes and then Nate walked me through the steps needed to make this happen. They were so kind and courteous. They did not have to go through all the trouble of finding a box, packing my clothes and then printing a mailing label that I sent to them. It’s nice to know that there are still businesses and staff that take customer service to this level. Great experience! I am very grateful for all they did to help my situation!

We really liked this property and it was a good stopping point in the middle of our road trip in New Mexico. We appreciated the kitchenette and dining area - it was well stocked. I really like the gym - was very spacious and very well equipped. Also appreciated the free coffee downstairs.

Pros: Front desk guy was super nice! Room was clean. Gym was in working order. Cons: Jacuzzi was half drained and the water that was in there was extremely dirty. They said that they were doing repairs on it. It was so gross though that we didn’t even want to use the attached pool which was also not the cleanest. Lots of sketchy / homeless people in the area. There was even a homeless lady going in and out of the gate where the pool was because people were just holding it open for her. I didn’t feel comfortable out there once it got dark.
