"I get to the hotel that I made reservations for 3 months in advance and they tell me that my reservation had been canceled by the guest! I’m the guest and no way would I have canceled the reservation and then turn around and say that I have to pay twice as much as I reserved the room for to rebook, terrible experience don’t make the same mistake I made just a warning"
