Decided to do a couples vacation in Rothenburg. Check-in at Hotel Herrnschloesschen was a breeze and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was very comfortable. Great location just down the street from the market square and a few of the museums. Despite the weather being a little windy and some rain, going in the off-season (01 Jan) was perfect as there were hardly any tourists so it felt like we were truly exploring and discovering this wonderful city. The hotel was a great place to launch our adventures of Rothenburg from. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel and staff!
The front desk concierge, Michael, was phenomenal. He provided professional but still very personable and warm treatment of our family. The accommodations were great and we loved the Christmas tree in our room. If we do another overnight trip in Rothenburg we would definitely choose this hotel again.
