"Reception and lounge were lovely and welcoming. Staff at reception were efficient. Food was a bit slow and ok. Wrong order was brought to our table. So one of our diners got the wrong food but didn't realise until she started eating it. Breakfast was very acceptable. Enough of a variety for most . Bedrooms were looking very tired. They were ok but could definitely do with an upgrade. All in all it was fine for a couple of nights."

"Nice place to stay, train station is a 5 minute walk. Food options and friendly people. Coming from the airport… do NOT take a taxi. 757 bus to Paisley, then train to Greenock central. A LOT cheaper than taxi."

"Returned after our first hotel stay 15 years ago and was lucky to be able to book the executive suite which was awesome, looking out to Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond from our bedroom window was all to sereal and already planning another night soon. Food was excellent at the restaurant and breakfast was all you needed"

"Eccellent staff always helpful, room was always kept clean, we had to request more heat for the room and that was attended too. the buffet breakfast had a good choice of food although for the eater that did not take much it could be an expensive breakfast. Dinner in the Cruise restaurant was vey good but menu was the same every night. Waiting staff were always very helpful. On arrival the television was faulty but this was rectified the same day. Although the weather varied we did enjoy our stay."
