"The hotel is nice and well maintained. The room was ample size however the shower is a bit odd, it's a shower/tub with a partial wall ( we ended up with a lot of water on the floor). The breakfast was nice with plenty of options. The surrounding area where the hotel is located isn't the best area."

"This is a real gem of a hotel! Location is perfect for Pompeii and easy walk to either of the train stations for Rome Salerno or Naples. All of the staff were so helpful. They organised a private local guide for Pompeii. They also answered my emails prior to our visit promptly. The restaurant in the lemon grove is just amazing ! The food was delicious. I’d recommend the fish of the day and the T Bone steak. The rooms were clean well maintained and have tea/coffee making facilities. The shower was powerful and robes and slippers were provided. Rooms were serviced daily. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Ideal place for travel to the hotel in the early hours! The shop next door sells the tickets as well! Clean and convenient but the noise was awful. We stayed on the ground floor and the staff were very loud until nearly midnight chatting with friends in the reception so it was very difficult to sleep"

"Stayed here because of proximity to the NAP airport. Turns out it is about a 15 minute walk, which it was fine for me since I was traveling with only a backpack. Taxi is about €20+ euros for a couple miles drive so beware. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they were there for me when I also needed help with the A/C unit. There’s a bar on property that was open until 11pm and they recommended a pizza delivery service which was delicious and speedy. This is not in a walkable area with bars/shops/restaurants, and I’d be cautious in walking to the airport during day. The hotel served the purpose of a very clean room and “convenience “ to the airport. Given that there aren’t many options in the area, I would stay again if I had an early morning flight like I did this time. Price seemed higher than it should be for the quality of the beds and local economy, but hey…. They’re close to the airport."

"The location of this property was not ideal. The Herculaneum is walkable but if your plans are to explore Naples, you must have a car. I booked this hotel as the description said it was walkable from the port and there is an airport shuttle. Upon arrival we were told the shuttle would not be available and the taxi would be $60. The room was huge but smelled as if someone stayed there with a dog before us."
