Perfect place to stay for a tourist!

Great place, very central to all the Rotorua tourist spots and town centre. Awesome spa baths too!

This was ideal as a stopover. Everything was clean and ready for us - thank you to our hosts. As a studio unit, there is not a full kitchen (to wash dishes) but toaster, jug and fridge were ideal. Mattress firm and very comfortable. Outside private spa bath was lovely, it rained overnight andbit was awesome sitting in the tub under small shelter roof and watching rain fall.

We chose this motel because it had such a high rating. Maybe the other rooms are better but ours was dated and seriously run down. It so needs a make over. Staff were friendly and it was clean but no amount of cleanliness can make up for aged and worn chattels.

Tired, but comfy and budget friendly

This is a slightly tired and dated motel, but for the price paid we cannot complain. The “spa tub” bath has seen better days , and we would not have wanted to sit in it, but for showering it was acceptable. We slept very well as the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Basic and comfortable room. Comfy bed. Liked the spa bath in the small private courtyard out the back. Owners may need to spend a bit of time on maintenance, eg, the moss and cobwebs in the courtyard. Could also see the Smoke alarm was not working. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Thè T.V was placed on a small table where you had to look down from the bed. If T.V had been placed on wall in a higher position, it would have looked more inviting. Also, the T.V took up space on the small table/shelf which could have had either the crockery or toaster and jug placed on it so that they were all crammed into the little shelf they were placed on.
